 I am here to be present and help you connect with your baby even before conception, or during pregnancy as a spiritual Adoula.

As a birth Adoula, I offer to be there for you before, and during your pregnancy, to meet with you(or online), do breathing sessions that will help you connect with your incoming baby, and listen to you. 

My offerings include me being with you during your birth to help you with breathing and being present. I offer to massage you and help you with labor positions. 

As a postpartum doula, I am here for you after the baby is born, to help you with breastfeeding, baby handling, listening to you, do breathing with you which will help in releasing the energies.


If you are interested I offer to have a free session online or in person with you to get to know each other and discuss terms and my overall offerings, and listen to your wants and needs.

 Online Sessions and Therapy

Session for parents


I offer sessions in which we will look at your relationships with your children. We will allow the space for you to relax and unfold your Creator Self. We will dive in the spaces of your questions. What triggers you with your child? What is it that you want to change? What kind of parent do you want to be, or think you should be? We will take a look at your own childhood if needed and see what you need to be with yourself, and take care of yourself first so that your child could be taken care of. We will use the breath in order to go inside and feel ourselves, and sometimes the movement. The focus is to relax your nervous systems, to offer you a safe and nourished space to be all that you are, in acceptance. We can not give to others what we havent received ourselved. The relationship with self is the most important one. If we have a healthy relationship with self we can make healthy relationships with others. 

One online session lasts one hour.

Conscious breathing sessions


In Conscious breathing sessions I offer you support in taking a look on the inside, to hold a safe space for you while you explore your inner reality. Through breathing and mindful approach we will look at your feelings, belief systems, and get in contact with your deep eternal self. I am here to facilitate you while you are the one who chooses to take an inner look and get to know yourself so that you can ultimately fulfill your needs, have acceptance, and compassion to yourself which leads to being there for yourself and loving yourself. We practice through breathing, art of allowing, body movement.

One online session lasts one hour.
